The Growth of the Denver Lab

We had another great class at the Denver lab. Dr. J Rusin has developed a pain free system of training our muscles. Nick Clayton and Dr. Marcu two of Dr. Rusins teachers came to our lab to study anatomy with us. They brought a group of strength trainers that had a high level of expertise. This created a very dynamic class.
